1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. All Yours Hub is not directed to children. You must be old enough to consent to online services under the law that applies to you.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials confidential and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Tell us promptly at support@allyoursai.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Community content and conduct

You may post only content you have the right to share. Do not post or facilitate harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, child endangerment, self-harm encouragement, violence, scams, impersonation, malware, unlawful goods or services, privacy violations, or deceptive content. Do not use community content to make high-impact decisions about another person.

Before you post, comment, message, or otherwise participate in a Circle, you must follow the Community Guidelines. Use the clearly labelled report and block controls when needed. We may investigate, hide, remove, restrict, preserve, or report content or accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, fraud prevention, or law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, display to the audience you choose, and moderate that content while you use the service. Do not upload another person's sensitive information, health information, credentials, or images without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.

5. AI features

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Review them before relying on them or sharing them. Do not use AI features to generate prohibited content, deceive people, facilitate dishonesty, create malware, exploit children, or make high-impact decisions about people. You can report an AI response from the response itself so we can investigate safety issues.

6. Health features

Health and wellness features are optional. All Yours Hub is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns or emergencies. If you connect Health Connect, only the permissions you approve are read; see the Privacy Policy for the data types, uses, controls, and deletion options.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data through Account deletion, subject to any retention permitted or required by law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice or renewed acceptance.
